Previously known as Atlantic Shores, Four Bays Inn, Casablanca, the Captain and His Ship, Officers Quarters, and The Captains Inn ...2008 begins a New Era in which the two properties located at 164 and 166 Commercial Street merge into one entity: Prince Albert Guest House. Offering 18 guest rooms with private baths, many offering oversized bay windows, water views, suites, private patios/decks, flat panel HDTV and views onto Commercial Street or of the Pilgrim Monument. Beautifully landscaped gardens are found amidst the sunning patios along the front of the inn, as well as private patios in the rear where we have a large hot tub. Updated amenities include expanded cable TV, DVD players, i-Pod connection is available, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-fridges and private baths! We have wireless secured (WiFi) internet access for both houses and two courtesy computer work stations. The hot tub is now HOT! (May 1st through October 31st). A/C is available during summer (June 1st through Sept). We are centrally located in the fashionable West End across from the Boatslip at the corner of Commercial and Central Streets. This allows walking access to great restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. We are also in walking distance to the beach, or a quick bike ride to Provincetown's coastline and the Cape Cod National Seashore, which offers some of the best beaches in the country! We welcome short and extended stays. The Prince Albert Guest House is also ideal for small parties, anniversaries and weddings! Provincetown has everything needed for whatever your taste and mood is at any given moment! In order to avoid fraud, only make prepayments (reservations or deposits) using a credit card (or any other card that does not require a PIN number for online purchases) or PayPal. Never make an advanced payment using cash, checks, money orders or bank transfers. Learn why.

Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not be refunded and the entire cost of the stay may be assessed*. Cancellations with more than 21 days notice can opt to keep a Guest House Credit for a future stay (full credit) or receive their deposit back less 15% of the total booking/reservation amount (minimum $95.00 fee). There are no refunds for shortened stays. Second time cancellations of rescheduled stays will forfeit their monies based on date of cancellation as noted above. *All holiday and special events are non-refundable (includes but not limited to: Memorial Day, Bear Week in June, July 4th Week, Annual Carnival Week in August, Labor Day & New Year's Weekend).

Please enjoy yourself but remember the level of your voice at all times. The use of electronic devices should be appropriate for the time of day and based on your location. Please be courteous when entering and exiting the property, especially at night by gently closing your bedroom doors and the front doors.
Lost room keys and/or keys not returned at check-out will be assessed a fee of $25 per key. KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO OFFICE at check-out to avoid being assessed the captioned fee(s).
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any room (outside only); $200 will be charged if done by you or your guests!
Pets are not allowed without prior management approval. In the event of approval, a pet fee of $35/day is in addition to the daily room rate being assessed; damage in excess of that amount is your full responsibility.
Please bring any issues of cleaning necessity or of personal hygiene needs to our attention at once so that we may happily accommodate you!
We do not offer on-site laundry service based on our facilities. There is a public laundromat at 68 Shank Painter Road. In an emergency we can try to accommodate you but there is a fee of $25 per load (without exception) and we are not responsible for any incidents associated with the cleaning (bleach, stretching, ironing, etc)..
We consider the Grace Hall Parking facilities to be very safe which is why we recommend it but parking is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage of any kind to your vehicle.
We will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind including theft of bicycles or personal property.
This is a privately owned property and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Any applicable fees captioned herein will be charged to your credit card in addition to any damage within the room requiring specialized cleaning or repair including (but not limited to) pet damage, duvet/bedspread stains or damage, &/or costs resulting from guests of the registered guest. Registered Guest /Cardholder agrees to remit payment to the issuer of the charge card presented herewith the amount stated hereon in accordance with the issuer's agreement with the cardholder.
