Are you a travel and customer service fanatic? Then join us! Travel assistants provide expert help to hosts and travellers who use our system, and work to assure their satisfaction. You will work your magic for our host and travel customers primarily via email, supplemented with online chat and phone calls. We are looking for smart, dedicated people who can handle each situation through their expertise and resourcefulness--our travel assistants do not read from scripts. Instead, you are expected to address each customer's needs with professionalism, intuition, and an ability to think on your feet (Zappos style). You can perform this job anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable, high-speed Internet connection.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to LetMeGo India users by email, supplemented with phone calls and online chat, as needed
- Review, improve, and approve itineraries submitted by travellers
- Review and approve quotes submitted by hosts
- Ensure that users of our service experience the highest possible level of satisfaction
- Take advantage of the freedom and responsibility we will entrust you with to provide the 120% customer satisfaction we guarantee to our users--you won't have a script of any kind.

Requirements
You must possess all of these skills and attributes:
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent online conversational skills
- Excellent grammar
- Passion, even fanaticism, for customer service
- Great sense of humour
- The ability to persevere and excel even in repetitive tasks
- Should be available to work in different shifts during the day, with occasional weekend work
- Willingness to work additional hours as the need arises
- Tech savvy
- A stable, high-speed, Internet connection
- A modern computer
While not required, knowledge in these areas is considered highly relevant:
- Experience as travel agent
- Experience in the lodging industry
- Being multilingual
- E-commerce expertise
- Passionate user of LetMeGo
